User on domain suddenly can't access anything

So here's a strange one:  User A - yesterday, everything worked.  She could log into her computer, access data from all her mapped drives on the server, open applications that are hosted on the server, etc.  She has a Windows 7 Pro x64 machine.  No viruses or spyware - all scanning came back clean.

Today, she comes into work, tries to log on.  Takes about 10 minutes to get to her desktop.  Finally there, all her mapped drives have red X's.  Can't access anything.

If she logs into another computer - everything works fine.

If I log into her computer as any other user or administrator, everything works fine.

Un-joined and re-joined the computer to the domain.  That didn't solve it.

I suspect her profile is corrupt on her own computer.  Not sure how that could even happen.  She logged off her computer after work yesterday.  Comes into work this morning and nothing works.  And everything has been working smoothly for her for at least the past year or two.  I can't see how her profile would get corrupt, unless something happened during her logging off yesterday.  What do you think?

I've tried remapping her drives, but that doesn't work, since I can't access any folders on the server.  I can ping the server, but if I goto run and try\\server or \\server.FQDM - nothing.  Even if I could map her drives, that wouldn't explain why it takes almost 10 minutes from her logging in to get to her desktop (but when I log in as another user or administrator, it takes about 5-10 seconds).

Corrupt profile?  What do you think?

Thanks in advance for your reply.
