Unable to access file shares in trusted domain main office from a single remote site

I have a Win7 x64 machine in DOMAINB at a remote site that is trying to access the shares on a server in DOMAINA's main office. This works when this user is in other remote sites and in the main office, but not the site the user is currently at. Interestingly, this user can access shares at other remote sites from their current location, just not the main office of DOMAINA. Every time I try to access servers in DOMAINA's main office, this machine gets the following error in event viewer:

Host@All: A privileged service was called.

Subject:
Security ID: LOCAL SERVICE
Account Name: LOCAL SERVICE
Account Domain:NT AUTHORITY
Logon ID: 0x3e5

Service:
Server: Security
Service Name: -

Process:
Process ID: 0x22c
Process Name: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe

Service Request Information:
Privileges: SeLoadDriverPrivilege

I've attemped to add the LOCAL SERVICE to the list of users allowed to "Load and unload device drivers" and restarted, no fix.

I've attempted to access via DNS name and via IP in Explorer, same result.

Other users in DOMAINB on this machine are also experiencing this same issue, but DOMAINB users on other machines are able to access the DOMAINA main site shares without issue.

I've attempted both a wired and wireless connection. I've also made sure the Windows firewall is disabled.

This seems to have started a month or two ago, and is only affecting some new users added to DOMAINB.

Any ideas what this could be?
