Hello
I have a HP dv 7-4065dx lap top. running Windows 7 Home Premium OA.
I get the BOOTMGR missing error at startup.
Here is a list of solutions I have tried.
1. made the the HDD cavle is correct connected.
2.took memory out, cleaned it and reseat it.
3. used HBDC mini XP tool to repair MBR.
4. used windows CD recovery tools (command prompt). to fix the mbr, but when I get to the poing where the recovery manager should list the Operating system(s). Its does not list any.
It as to click load drivers if my OS is not listed. This is where I get stock.
Any help will be appreciated.
