I have a File Server running Server2008R2 on a domain. The server has a shared Scans folder on it with a seperate folder inside the Scans folder for each user. All users have Full Control access to the Scans folder and all sub-folders. The problem is that when new scans are added to a users folder in the Scans folder they are immediately visible to the specific user but not to other users who have access to that folder. The scans are originating from a Xerow Workcentre and are in PDF form. Originally the Everyone Group was added to Scans and all sub-folders with Full Control; but we have even tried adding individual users to the folders with the same result. In addition this problem so far appears to affect only WIN7 PC's and not the remaining XP PC's. It also seems to have slowly spread and not affected everyone at the same time.
Have seen a lot of posts about similar issues and all seem to point to a refresh problem but so far we have not found a permanent solution.
