Win7 random BSODs but no dump files

Hi All

For a few weeks I've been having random BSODs in Windows 7 Ultimate SP1.  The system was quite stable until I installed the original drivers for a Diamond Multimedia TVW750U, which is a USB TV tuner.  Those drivers didn't make the hardware work, so I uninstalled them.

I don't get a minidump or a full kernel memory dump [although I can see the counter clicking from 0 to 100% on the bluescreen], so tools like WhoCrashed and BlueScreenView are no help.

There is nothing in the Event Viewer except the "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" message after the fact.

TCPIP.SYS is listed as the cause on the BSOD.

It's not a problem with overheating because I can run other OSes without problems.  I'm nearly at the point of reinstalling the OS, but I'd like to avoid that of course.

Without a dump, I don't know where to turn.  Any suggestions?
