I'm going to give an example scenario of what I need help with....
I click to open a program (let's call it program "A")
I then go to finish typing an email or work in another program (let's call it program "B") while program "A" is opening
Once program "A" is open, it pops up in front of program "B" causing program "A" to be the front window open.
That is so aggravating. Once program "A" is open I don't want it to pop up. I want program "A" to just open in the background and then when I need it I can go click on it and pull it up.
I hope that makes sense. It's hard to explain in writing.
