Hi,
I had to new profile for one of our employee. First i renamed the old profile then I log-in her account. i havent noticed the profile created was temporary profile. At first, i tried to copy the files contained on the old profile to the new one but then after a few minutes I drag back the the files from the new profile to the old desktop folder making it like i didnt do anything. But when I login into the old profile, the files on the desktop is missing.
Maybe you could give me some advice on how to restore the missing files. I've already tried using recovery tools but it didn't do any help.
