How to identify the disk/partition from eventlog messages?

I get some eventlog messages like: "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR8" (source: disk, event 11) .  Is there a way for a mere mortal to tell which drive and partition is "\Device\Harddisk2\DR8" ? Some tool, perhaps?
