(First of all sorry for my poor english)
My hard drive wont boot Windows 7 Pro 64bit (Not ENG language). I must Disable Driver Signature Enforcement In Order To Boot,
I did a sfc /scannow in cmd prompt (as admin) and the following dll files were corrupted and were not repaired.
"ieframe.dll.mui"
"NlsLexicons001a.dll"
"mfc80.dll"
If I trying to boot in a normal way I got BSOD. It happend after I did a CCleaner clean, but after that my computer crashed. CCleaner backed up my registry before the cleaning process. I have imported the backed up .reg file to the registry, but i got still bsod. I have restore points but only after ccleaner was installed. I t does not solve the problem. Choosing repair option also does not solve the problem.

Can someone please help me, how to solve the problem? I tried to replace the 3 corrupted filesusing takeown and icacls command, but after that the files were still corrupted.
How can I resolve this issue without reinstalling the whole system, I have lot of apps installed and lot of files. Is there an easier way? Or is there a way to reinstall the OS without loosing my important data and apps? I have no Win 7 DVD, it was a pre installed OS on my computer. I have a recovery partition, but I think that option is for factory reset the whole system, loosing my data, apps etc. so it is not good for me.
And if I use the computer in this way (Disable Driver Signature Enforcement) is it a security problem? I have checked for viruses both with symantec, MS essentials, using booting from USB drive mssstool64.exe, I have searched for rootkits, tried kav remover, norton removal tool, tdsskiller and it seems there is no infection.
