BSOD in Win 7 Pro

Hi,

      My system is getting crashed frequently due to Blue Screen of Death. When i checked blue screen logs this BSOD is getting triggered due to CAUSED BY DRIVERtcpip.sys and CAUSED BY ADDRESS tcpip.sys+6a1e7. Below is the dump view

Hardware is Lenovo Laptop with OEM Win 7 Pro 32 bit.
