Hi, i have a problem with windows back up ,after completing 70% it apears an error:The operation failed due to a device encountered with either the source or destination. I tried again after a restart an local disk checking. Details: the request could not be performed of an I/O device error. Eror code: 0x8078012D.
Ps: i have deleted the last 2 backups, but after this windows asked to run win backup, i run win backup and then this problem.
