The other day I've discovered the ZIP archive native management in Windows 7 is buggy and will corrupt ZIP files.
How to reproduce the problem:
1. create a ZIP with two files A, B (select 2 files, right click, Send To: Compress folder)
2. drag'n'drop different (by size, contents etc.) file A or B with thesame file name over the archive toreplace the copy inside
This will corrupt the ZIP file (you can check it with 7-Zip, Bandizip, WinRAR etc.).
If you delete first the file inside and then add it again to the archive there'll be no issues with the resulting ZIP instead.
I think it's a bug MS should solve ASAP...
