What can I use in Windows 7 to convert bmp (or jpg/gif) files to ico format?

Hi everybody,

I'm wondering if there is some tool I can use for this purpose. I would like to avoid downloading something external.

Also I have MSDN subscription, I plan to get the Office 2010, what else besides VS 2010 may I need to install for my regular work?
