Backing up with Long Path Names

I am working on a Windows 7 Pro x64 tablet and am attempting to backup to DVD disk from a network drive to a local DVD Drive for archiving purposes. Due to the long path names as well as long file and directory names associated with these files, I am getting many error messages that say my file names are too long. The files are dozens of directories deep and often have path names with 200+ characters. Can anyone suggest a product that can achieve this goal without truncating the file names, or suggesting a good method of doing this?
