I am having a problem with a couple of users that sometimes cannot remote onto their office PCs at home. They connect in via a VPN, then RDP to their respective desktop PCs via it's local IP address. When they try to connect via RDP, sometimes they get the message "The task you are trying to do can't be completed because remote desktop services is currently busy. Please try again in a few minutes. Other users should still be able to log on". The only way around it is to get someone in the remote office to reboot the PC that appears to have remote desktop services hung on it.
Both of the remote PCs are Windows 7 Professional SP1 32-bit.
