Remote Assist Group Policy Not Working

I work in the IT department of a company and we're having some issues with remote assist that are making us scratch our heads.

To make a long story short, there are three IT techs in the department. Two of them cannot remote assist to our users while one can and we're all using the same account settings in Active Directory.

While tinkering around and trying to figure this out, I noticed that the local group policy on my machine isn't being updated by the domain group policy correctly. When I pull up the local group policy on my machine, the two users who cannot offer remote assistance are not listed while the one who can IS listed. If I add the two users who are not listed, eventually they will be kicked off of it automatically and will still only hold that one user who can remote assist.

Basically, it looks like the domain group policy isn't rolling out to the two user's computers and if they try to edit the local group policy on their machine, it will not stay on the list of allowed users and will automatically take them off soon after adding them.

Any suggestions as to what could be causing this issue? It makes it difficult for the two IT users to do their job if they cannot remote assist the users who reside in 11 branches across two states.

Thanks!
