Administrative priviledges

My PC = Win 7 Ent, SP 1

          = 1 User (Me)

= No home (OR any other) network

= I am logged in as "Administrator"

My question:

Why should I EVERHAVEto give/or find hidden settings that (once "PERMISSIONS" are properly adjusted) will allow me to proceed with a process that I am (or may be) working through/completing?

In other words, why should I - AS THE ADMINISTRATOR - EVER have to mess withOR EVEN encounter ANY of this "permission crap" forANYTHING that I - AS THE ADMINISTRATOR - am doing/performing whilst logged in -AS THE ADMINISTRATOR - onMY PC?

I await your response (This ought to be good! Hope you have an intelligent/sensible response!).
