Hello,
We have a software that we had on a computer in our server room. Our receptionist connected to it via RDP, but ONLY brought up the specific software (this is what she described). I didn't know this, so I overwrote her icon. We're putting this software on a virtual machine, and since I overwrote the icon without realizing it, I didn't make a backup. I didn't think it was really necessary.
Does anyone have an idea on how to do this?
Example:
I have an RDP icon on my desktop to connect to a server. Once I enter the credentials for the network account, the software pops up. NOT the RDP screen.
She's very adamant on this is how she did it before. She's not entirely stupid with computers, but I never heard of doing this before.
