Display between two user accounts

I have Win 7 32 and 64 bit machines in my office. We use a program called New Vision. My issue is simple. I created a User Account and Activated the Administrator Account.

The problem is this. When I open the program on the Admin side it displays the formatting of the window correctly but on the user side it distorts it by breaking words apart.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
