How to make a Primary Partition "unallocated space" without removing the Extended Partition or its logical drives, so that the unallocated space in the primary partition can be used to extend one of the logical drives?

I have a disk which has a primary partition and an extended partition with 2 logical drives.

All 3 partitions are formatted. The primary partition is formatted but empty the two logical drives are formatted with data.

One logical drive is low on space. The primary partition is unused (empty but formatted). I want to extend one of the logical drives to include the space occupied by the primary partition. I think I can do this (using windows extend volume) if the primary partition was unformatted/"unallocated". So How do I make the primary partition unallocated? It is important that data on the two logical drives is not compromised.
