When starting computer starts up it loads up properly then once all icons on desktop are displayed, the desktop icons suddenly dims and then reloads the icons again after they are restored again as normal it all works well working on anything programs internet etc. Noticed that it has updated my IE to IE11 could this cause a problem very funny problem
