I am looking for help since i am really short in ideas.
For one user only on a network printer, we are facing extreme slow printing speed.
It mainly concern PDF printing since these are very big files.
What has been done until now.
Windows :
Removed all Printers driver and added again.
Removed all printers drivers and added the printer from a new test print server
Removed all printers drivers and added the printer to connect directly to the ip of the printer.
Tested on another WIndows profile.
Tested with another PDF application (Foxit reader)
Added this printer on my computer and printed the same document with the same setup (works fine)
Network
Tested with another network cable, one of her colleagues which doesn't have any issue.
I really don't know why the downloading of the file on the printer is so slow when i have tested everything.
Update : i've tested with my computer and it works from my location but when i go on the user location, printing is also very slow. What is strange that all other users on that location are Windows xp and are not facing the issue.
If you have any idea, it can be welcome.
Usefull information : The user and i are both Win7 X64 profesionnal with the same driver downloaded from the print server in a ADDS domain.
