Internet Explorer Only Rendering Blank Pages

$

The environment:

Domain workstation running Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1. Fully updated, all latest OEM drivers. Same base image as 100+ workstations in office, no changes to configuration, applications or system image, user has no domain or local admin rights.

The problem:

Internet Explorer renders all pages blank. You can observe page elements and content being loaded in the status bar, but every page displays as white only. All other browsers and internet applications work properly.

Steps performed so far:

-Disabled add-ons

-Reset IE10 Defaults, rebooted

-Disabled Hardware Acceleration in IE

-Fully uninstalled graphics drivers, rebooted

-Installed latest GMA graphics drivers from Intel, rebooted

-Rolled back to older GMA graphics drivers from Intel, rebooted

-Rolled back to Microsoft GMA drivers, rebooted

-Uninstalled IE10, rebooted and rolled back to IE9

Any input would be appreciated. I cannot seem to find information on this problem anywhere. Nothing on Technet, KB or other forums.

Thanks and best regards,
