Windows explorer repeatedly fails and restarts

I have reviewed the MSVCR90.dll errors, tried running system file checker, no issues found, unable to identify whether new installed software may be the cause, feel it may have something to do with 2008 visual?? but would like any feed back. thank you.

The problem has been happening for several weeks This am it did it on boot up and again within 20 mins
