printui.exe /ia cannot get past The Argument is Invalid.

hi everyone hoping I can get some help here.

I am trying to install only the driver for an HP LaserJet P1102W to multiple windows 7 64 bit laptops. Group policy is not an option and we do not have server 2012 to use the add-driver from powershell.

I am trying to use printui.exe but keep getting errors even after I have followed multiple examples on the web and microsoft websites.

I am trying this locally before I incorporate it into a script so I am logged into the pc as the domain administrator

This is the command I am using:

printui.exe /ia /f c:\p1102w64bit\hp1100.inf /m "HP LaserJet P1102W"

I keep getting the error the Argument is invalid. 

Does anyone have any ideas.
