We currently have a handful of windows 7 computers that are losing their trust with the network
under further investigation we are finding that the computers are renaming themselves to a previous name. And a number of applications are being removed at the same time. Its almost as though they are restoring to a previous state. We dont use system restore on our computers (it is disabled by GPO).
The hard drives in these computers were imaged using sccm in a surrogate computer, the hard drive is then put into the users pc and renamed to the name of the asset.
Any Recommendations as to what would be causing this?
