I'm having difficulty managing the advanced options for indexing. when i go to indexing options > advanced options > file types, the list is completely blank. all file types are missing. i am connected to a local network (using sbs 2008), but i login to my computer \ username (instead of local domain \ user; that is, no redirected desktop). i would include a screenshot, but apparently my account needs to be verified before that's permitted. any suggestions? thanks!
