I ran into problems using Visual Studio 2010, everytime I wanted to load a solution, it gave me an error, saying that there was some problem with the assembly Microsoft.VisualStudio.Projects.Implementation. I didn't know what the problem was, so I uninstalled it with the VS 2010 uninstall tool: http://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2010uninstall
Then I' wanted to reinstall it from the iso file, mounted the image, started the setup and it gave me an error that it can't find the I:\setup.exe, the file I just double-clicked on!
I copied everything into my Documents folder, the setup starts now, but every time I click on "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 installieren" (I've got the German version), the application says it failed to load the setup components.
I went into the Setup folder of the iso image and started this setup.exe. It gave me an error saying that SPINF.dll is an invalid image, at least I understand it like this.
