I'm having the weirdest problem on two machines I just installed Windows 7 on. We have a shortcut in one of our programs of Ctrl+Alt+R, but whenever we hit that, whether we have any programs open or not, it does a Windows key + E to bring up the Computer window.
Any thoughts on what could be causing this, or how I can figure out what's causing this? I'm really at a loss right now.
