BSOD Fix For Windows 7 Professional and constant crashing when playing graphics intensive games

When im doing just about anything I get a bsod heres the link for the dmp files

My pc specs are Custom Built

Intel Core 2 Q6660

4gb ram

Gigabyte Motherboard Socket 775 Ga-EP35C-DS3R

EVGA GTX 650

Ive used driver sweeper to clean out my old driver files and installed all the new ones, im up to date on all updates of hardware/drivers.

My score on furmark preset 720 was SCORE:1310 points (21 FPS, 60000 ms), I don't know if that's bad or good

Whenever I play graphics intensive games such as just cause 2 and sleeping dogs, it crashed almost 10-30 minutes through, if im lucky I can get 1 hour of gameplay.

P.S When I look through BlueScreen View it says ntoskrnl, exe is conflicting with it, if that's any other help
