All internet browers after MS update are broken. (Black screen)

After last week’s update all browsers are showing black screen. (Internet explorer 9, firefox, avant) The border, address bar, menu bar and status bar are all visible as normal. Just web page area is black. I reset system fonts and have changed the accelerated graphics to software rendering with no change. I have run several malware and anti-virus scans and found nothing. I used system restore and have blocked updates until I can find a fix. Below is a list of the updates. I have not tried installing one by one yet. It may be the only way to narrow down what update caused the issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
