I use W8 and I am in need of Visio which I have on a CD. It is an older version 2003. It installed well with Office 2013 but the Office updates for Visio keep failing to install. Is this Microsoft newest methodology to force users to upgrade to a
newer and compatible version? Older programs for W7 such as Office are supposed to work and be compatible but this is only a fiction.
