Bluescreen while turning computer to sleep mode.

I got bluescreen error when the computer is entering into sleep mode. I am using DELL Latitude E6230 i7-3520M 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD on a dell docking station.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
