Win 7 -Extreme
Every once in a while I cannot delete a directory. I have reboot a repair CD to get another file system, find the directory and delete it. No amount of finagling of the originally booted system will allow deletion. After rebooting a repair disk and getting CMD, issuing a delete the file is still there but it's deletable on the original system now. Why is this?
I have no other system problems that I am aware of.
