You had a solid product with XP. Then you forced us to go to 7. If you know you have a problem I would suggest you check to make sure the updates work before you submit them for download. I am sick and tired of loading new computers and when I set the"Suggested" auto download I get stuck waiting for the downloads to load only to be informed by YOUR system that there is a problem and then have to wait for the system to REVERT back! Then you expect me to search and find a solution!!! May I suggest
you get your head out of your arse and give me a product that works? I used to be a Microsoft fan but I am losing my patience!
