On just one of the two computers that are connected to our OneDrive, we often get red X's on some folders and files. Sometimes they are documents we have recently changed, sometimes it seems to be random. When we check the file in question, it appears to be identical to the online version, and changes made online are reflected in the local copy. Yet the red X remains, eventually going away on its own for some unknown reason.
Since the files are still updating, it didn't seem to be that big of a problem. But today there are red OneDrive Xs on every file on the desktop, which makes no sense because we aren't backing up the desktop to OneDrive (I double-checked)! Where are all
the Xs coming from, and how can we make them go away? Thanks.
