How to repair Windows 7 if it doesn't allow on reboot?

I was playing Tera Online when it randomly just froze. I didn't think much of it but then my entire laptop froze. So I thought.. OKay... No problem. I forced a restart. But instead it went to the System Repair. I've NEVER had this issue before so I'm kind of extremely confused on what to do next. I tried searching online and everything for hours but have had no success.

I have an HP Pavilion g Series. My sister was nice enough to lend me her laptop to help search online for solutions.

This is what the problem details tell me:

Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline

Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 03: unknown

Problem Signature 04: 21199574

Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover

Problem Signature 06: 19

Problem Signature 07: CorruptFile

OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1

Locale ID: 1033

I have the Windows 7 Home Premium disc in but nothing ever shows up. I don't get the options to load Startup Menu before the Microsoft Windows logo shows, before it goes to the repair. I'm at a loss right now. I have no clue what else to do and I really don't have ANY money to buy an entire new laptop so... Please, any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm extremely desperate at this point now.

Also: I don't know if this is the right forum, I've never had to ask for help like this for any of my computers before so I apologize...
