I run Windows 8.1. Some recent change to my system has triggered a rundll problem where specified module could not be found. It could be a broken link to unsuccessful install of recent program.
I have tried to scrub for viruses and installed Stopzilla and scrubbed with that. I have installed Regserv and srcubbed registry and still get this message upon reboot. Please advise as to fix. Thank you.
