Backing up local user account information

Hi,

If I create a number of user accounts and groups locally to a Windows 7 Professional PC, what's the best way to back up and then restore the user and group details. I'm not talking about the files owned by those user accounts, I'm talking about the definitions of the accounts themselves (username, password, group membership etc).
