sync center :- enable offline files option is greyed out (Disabled) in windows 7

Hello Everyone,

I need to enable my offline files through sync center, after re imaging the computer i am unable to enable offline files through sync Center.

Note

This computer is connected on domain.

Steps that i have followed to enable offline files.

control panel --> Sync Center --> Manage offline files

Actual Result

Enable offline files, Open Sync Center, View offline files buttons are disabled/greyed out

Expected Result

should be able to view the buttons and button should be clickable.

problem 2

i see the below error/message upon clicking on "Set up new sync partnerships"

There are no new sync partnership that can be set up on this computer

Please let me know how do i fix this?
