Permission to .NET FRAMEWORK under user profile

In our corporate environment we have an application which uses .NET FRAMEWORK (mainly .NET FRAMEWORK 2.0), also clients from outside the company use the same software.

This software includes many .exe files; some of them have dependencies on .NET FRAME work and others don’t.

I getting error message when some of these .exe are not responsive or not able to launch.

I am able to solve this temporary by creating a new profile on the client computer. With the new profile the client is able to launch the application. So the problem under client profile, his or her permission to .NET Framework lost.

Creating a new profile is not accepted solution in our work.

Anyone knows how to restore client permissions to .NET FRAMEWORK under client profile.

I did check the registry under client profile and it looks like client permission is correct.
