I have been trying to get the Windows updates for Office Service Pack 3 and I keep getting error code 80096004. Every utility that I have tried for the past three months has failed to fix this problem. I have tried running command prompt DISM and it tells
me that I need an elevated command prompt, but I don't know now to do that. Windows trouble shooters fail to fix this problem. I am running Windows 8.1 with all other available updates installed.
