I have a Windows 7 Home Premium OS on my computer and when I try to start my disk defragmenter I receive a notification saying that I have to remove customized settings before I can use it. When I click Remove Settings, it does absolutely nothing and when
I click on it again, I get the same message. I have tried steps offered to people with similar problems, but they don't work at all.
