Win 7 Itunes Bonjour Service

Win 7 64bit SP1 on Windows 2003 Domain

Itunes 10.5.1.42

I keep getting this in my event log over and over

I have the same Itunes version on an XP and Vista machine not getting this error althought they did in the beggining

Any ideas or thoughts
