My scanner worked two weeks ago. Now it says it's installed and ready to use but "MP Navigator EX has stopped working."
Talked to Canon Support four times over the last three days and have been given three different solutions and none have worked. Now they say it is a Twain problem with Microsoft.
I can get it to perform in Paint but would rather access it on my desktop.
Now whose problem is it or is Canon just " passing the buck?" I would really appreciate a solution. I am proceeding with suggestions in Microsoft's forum and will let readers know if anything works. Thanks to those who have read.
