What Microsoft Updates are really being installed?

I’m updating Win 7 64 Bit PCs using WSUS. On the PCs. In “Windows Update, “You receive updates:” is set to “Managed by your system administrator”.

The problem is determining what was installed. WSUS installs doesn’t jive Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>Programs and Features>View Installed Updates or Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>Windows Update>View update history.

In WSUS, 20 updates were installed, including 2 Office updates. In “Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Update\View update history”, 12 updates were installed on that day, including the 2 Office updates. The “Control Panel>All Control Panel Items>Programs and Features>View Installed Updates” shows 40 Office updates alone were installed on that day.

What’s going on? How can I tell what updates are being installed?
