We are a school that have a MS school agreement. Unfortunately the SA package we have does not include 24/7 support.
I contacted our supplier , Capita, for a solution - they suggested taking out an MSDN subscription of VB as apparently you can no longer take out a subscription for 'OS' support - seems mad to me.
So is there a way I can add OS (desktop and server) support to our existing agreement, or take out a separate package.........
all I want to do is have a one to one with a tech that can help me with windows7, WPA2 enterprise and NAP connectivity.
