How wonderful it is to have Windows Live Mail 2009 back on my W7 64 Bit Home Premium PC! I thought I was stuck with WLE 2012 but a friend of mind who is way more savvy about Windows than I am was able to remove all of WLE 2012 then install WLE 2009.
Why does M$ have to add so many bells and whistles to an email program that was perfect to begin with? You could insert an email without work-around, right click a .jpg, sendto and not end-up with your image stored away in a skydrive etc.
A question to all of you who did not upgrade to WLE 2012. Did you go back to 2009 because of your dislike for Skydrive or was it the ability to right click, sendto on your images? Perhaps the very busy Toolbar in version 2012 turned you way - it did me.
