The problem I have is Windows 7 64bit pro workstations are not displaying all the files of a network location in a library. I have completed the following:
1. The network location is located on a Windows 2008 SBS server. I have installed all the necessary components for indexing and the indexing is complete.
2. I have the Windows 7 Pro machines libraries configured accordingly to Microsoft's steps to adding a "Shared Resources" Library and including the folders from the network indexed location.
3. I have verified the proper iFilters installed. I also verified the file extensions. They are listed in the index.
What I have tried:
1. "Restore Library Defaults" is no help.
2. Removed and re-added the "Shared Resources" library on my Win 7 Pro machines. No help.
3. I thought maybe I have a profile problem since I used MS imaging and modified my default profile but this isn't the problem as I get the same results from a ground up build of a machine. I also tried creating a new user and profile, still no help.
Ideas? Solutions? Thanks in advance.
