Free disk space is reported as "working" by Windows Explorer for shares crossing 92TB

Hello,

We have shared a folder from Unix box using Samba and the disk space is about 92.5TB. After mapping the share on Windows 7 client, if we view the properties of the mapped share, the free space and the capacity are reported as "working". On the other hand, if the disk space is about 90.5TB, free space and capacity are reported correctly in bytes.

Also, using the cmd prompt, if we execute "dir" command on the mapped share drive, the free space is correctly reported in bytes both in case of 90.5TB and 92.5TB.

Can you please let me know if there is a limitation with Windows explorer in displaying disk capacity if the disk size is more than 92TB?

Thanks,
Shilpa
